Pilothouse roots began

when our founders started working at an ecommerce marketing startup in Victoria, BC, mastering performance marketing through an affiliate model.
2010-2018

We gained deep experience

in performance marketing, scaling campaigns and refining the art of data-driven growth across multiple roles and ventures.
2019

Pilothouse was born

with a mission to reimagine the agency model. Our goal was simple: build a true growth partner for ecommerce brands, grounded in alignment, transparency, and performance.
2020

Rapid growth followed

as brands sought integrated creative and media solutions. We expanded from a Meta-focused agency into full multi-channel expertise.
2021

Our team surpassed 100 members

Our team surpassed 100 members, and we began producing creative at scale, making integrated creative + media our core differentiator.
2022

Pilothouse crossed $500M

in attributable revenue for clients and introduced new offerings in CRO, retention, and headless commerce.
2023-2024

We scaled to 175 team members

managing over 125 active brands, while continuing to innovate in creative, data, and strategy for ecommerce growth.
Today
