The Strategy

Meta Strategy:

  • Top-of-funnel (TOF) acquisition strategy on Meta to drive traffic.
  • Optimization of Google campaigns for middle-of-funnel (MOF) and bottom-of-funnel (BOF) sales.
  • Integration of Meta shops into TOF campaign strategy, contributing to 20% monthly new customer revenue on Shopify.
  • Implemented new angle, copy, and creative testing strategies.
  • Diversified account creative mix with static and video content.
  • Focus on top product categories and SKUs resulted in increased Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) at higher scale.

Google Strategy:

  • Restructured TOF campaigns to exclude brand search terms in an effort to focus on scaling prospecting growth. Focused efforts on testing audience signals and product segmentation to determine most efficient structure – leading to an increase in ROAS, Revenue and Conversion rate while dropping CPA compared to previous period.
  • Tested and updated bidding strategy and search terms in BOF Search Brand Campaigns to increase efficiency and conversion data in account.  Scaled ROAS by over +300% while dropping CPC’s over -70%.
  • 61% revenue increase and 41% CVR increase while reducing CPA by 16%.
  • Optimized bidding strategy and search terms in BOF Search Brand Campaigns to increase efficiency and conversion data.
